Cowboy Soup

A hearty combination of black beans, pinto beans, corn, carrots, onion, celery, and savory Southwest-inspired seasonings makes this soup a filling dinner the whole family can dig into. Ground beef and diced tomatoes turn the mix into a rich, chunky soup with plenty of meat, beans, and vegetables in every bowl.

Just brown the ground beef, add the soup mix, diced tomatoes, and beef broth, then let it simmer. The pasta is added toward the end so it stays perfectly tender.
