Crock Pot Roasted Chipotle Garlic Pulled Pork Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet Stirred Kitchen Co. Roasted Chipotle Garlic Dip Mix
  • 2–3 lbs pork shoulder (boneless or bone-in)
  • 1/2 cup broth (chicken or beef) or water
  • Optional: 1 tbsp brown sugar for a sweet-heat balance
  • Optional: squeeze of fresh lime at the end

Instructions:

  1. Place pork shoulder into your crock pot.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the dip packet with 1/2 cup broth (and brown sugar if using).
  3. Pour the mixture over the pork.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours or HIGH for 4–5 hours, until the pork easily shreds.
  5. Shred the pork directly in the crock pot and stir it into the juices for maximum flavor.
  6. Taste and finish with a squeeze of lime, if desired.
